Mr. Wittenburg has been in business and the general practice of law since 1966. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Onondaga County from 1971 to 1975 and also served as a Town Justice in the Town of Clay from 1975 to 2001. He practices in the area of civil and estate litigation, estate planning, real estate, personal injury and general practice case evaluations, including medical malpractice, with referrals as necessary. He has served as a lecturer to the Onondaga County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and for 20 years served as an instructor for the Office of Court Administration Town and Village Continuing Education Program while he was a Town Justice.
